I entered my correct card number and it won’t link! What’s going on?

Every loyalty card, regardless of retailer, can only be linked once in our system. If the card you are trying to add is used by several family members, one of whom has already added it to their Huggies® Rewards account, then you will not be able to add it to your account as well.

If this is the case and you need to switch which account the card is added to, you are able to delete a card from an account. View the FAQ here with steps on how to do so.
