There are a variety of reasons why you received an error message, such as your image not being clear enough, or not having a strong enough connection during upload. You have the chance to resubmit your photo but if you’re experiencing the same problem multiple times please contact us by visiting our helpdesk or emailing us at support@huggiesrewards.zendesk.com.
