After your receipt has been reviewed, you will receive an email letting you know if your receipt was accepted or rejected. Additionally you will be able to see the status of each receipt submission on your Rewards History page on Huggies.com or in the Huggies Rewards app. . Scroll to the receipt you are inquiring about and you will see its status listed as either “Approved” or “Rejected.” If your receipt was approved, you will see the points that you were awarded for your submission. If your receipt was rejected, tap on Rejected and you will be shown the reason as to why. You will have the chance to re-submit your receipt in the event that it was rejected.
